Holy Cross Lutheran School offers a high-quality education in a loving Christian environment for children in Preschool through 8th grade. It is an accredited school by the National Lutheran Schools Association. The school has full time and part time teachers who are well qualified and extremely dedicated to the education of children. In addition to the teaching staff, Holy Cross has a full time administrator, a Resource Consultant, a Reading Specialist and music and band instructors. Support staff includes teacher aides, cooks, office staff, custodial workers, and many volunteers. The Pastors and the Deaconess also provide instruction, guidance, and other assistance.

Students in grades 1-8 are exposed to a multitude of learning opportunities, as well as various extra curricular activities. An expanded Technology curriculum at all grade levels includes a classroom size computer lab. In addition, there are new courses for studying Math and Science, as well as a new reading program for the early childhood levels. The Fine Arts programs provide instruction to students in Choir, Band, Music and Art. The Drama Club puts on several productions a year with children in grades 5-8. Students in grades 1-3 can join the International Club where they learn about different countries at each monthly meeting. In our upper grades, there are Expanded Learning courses that expose kids to different learning activities such as cooking and interior design. There are a variety of sports programs offered to children in grades 5-8, such as baseball, basketball, cheerleading, volleyball and track.

Holy Cross offers support groups to families in need of help with various life situations. The Rainbows program is for children who have been directly impacted by death or divorce in their families. There is also a support group for grandparents raising grandchildren. The PALs program pairs up the OWLS (Older, Wiser Lutherans) in the church with kids who need a little extra assistance with their studies as well as positive one-on-one time with an adult.
 
The facilities are all permanent structures that include air-conditioned classrooms, library, large gym with stage, cafeteria, art and science room, computer room and a band room.
